At NeuroVita, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process valid for 30 days from the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
. The product is new and unused, or
. The product is defective (manufacturing issues or does not function as intended)
In both cases, the following conditions must be met:

. Returned in the original packaging
. Include all accessories and components originally provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Return Process
1. Submit your return request by contacting our support team at info@neurovita.shop within 30 days of delivery.
2. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label (download and print).
3. Ship the product back via postal service using the provided label.
4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Return Costs and Fees
. No cost for the return label (provided free of charge).
. A 20% restocking fee (based on the product price) will be deducted from your refund.
. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.
Refund Method
. Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method.
. Please allow up to 7 business days after receiving the return for processing.

Products Damaged or Defective
If your product is defective, please email photo or video evidence to our support team within the 30-day window. Upon confirmation:
. A full refund will be issued
. A prepaid return label will be provided
If no proof is submitted, the standard return policy and conditions will apply.
Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refused delivery:
. We can reship the order for an additional shipping fee
. Alternatively, you may request a refund minus the 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost
